Safety works - St Georges Rd

This is to inform you of upcoming safety works on the St Georges Road shared path taking place between the 3rd and 17th August. During the works, a short section of the shared path just south of Arthurton Rd will be closed and a detour will be provided. Please find a link to a map for the detour and other alternative routes below.

The St Georges Road Shared Path Safety Audit identified the section between Arthurton Road and McCracken Avenue as a high priority for treatment due to the high risk rating associated with the area.

The project will reduce the path grade where it crosses the tram tracks and separate people riding bikes and walking.
