Bank Account Change

Over the coming month we will be transitioning to a new bank account therefore if you have saved our details for any direct debits please delete this. You can still pay via the office or through Sentral pay or Bpay.

Anzac Day Appeal

The local RSL have dropped off some badges, pens and bracelets for purchasing these range from $2 - $5 feel free to call in to the office if you are wanting to purchase any.

Headphones

There has been some confusion re: headphones. Just to clarify the only grade that had headphones attached to their booklist were the foundation grades. All other grades can use ones from previous years and if they require new ones these can be purchased, we sell the Moki Headphones at the office for $11

Sentral Activities

Make sure you check Sentral regularly to approve any activities the students have coming up.

Medication

Any new medications please make sure a medication form is filled out and handed in with the medication or if any plans need to be updated with medication please let us know.

Updating Information

Has your personal contact details changed? It is very important that the school has your most update information and that when these details change that you notify the school in writing by email. 

Have you moved House?

Have you changed occupation and or jobs ?

Does your school have your current mobile numbers or email ?

Do you need to update your emergency contacts for your child?

CSEF

If you have a health care card or pension card you are entitled to $125 to use towards camps, sports & excursions. Please contact us if you haven't provided us with your health care card details so we can claim this for you. Please find attached a form outlining what it entails and an application form.

Lost Property

For the last 2 weeks of each Term we will put the lost property out the front for parents to check through at the end of term anything that is left will be donated.

Head Lice

We have had a few head lice cases over the last month, just a reminder if you have long hair it is recommended to tie it up and please do regular checks on your hair, Thanks.

Supervised Yard Duty Times

Important Reminder

The School Yard is supervised from 8:45am in the morning and until 3:30pm, please make sure you adhere to these drop off and pick up times to ensure the safety of your children.

Attendance

Any unexplained absences, you can either update this through Sentral:

• Click on The Sentral App
• Click on Absences Icon
• Click on the + symbol at the top right corner
• Select Student, reason, put in dates absent and any additional comments
• Press Submit.

 or let us know at the office the reason for your child's absence.

2nd Hand Uniform

Please feel free to look at our 2nd hand uniform, ask in the office and we can get the correct Size tubs out for you to look through.  We also have some second hand school bags and some second hand hats. All clothes sold for a gold coin donation.

Also if you have outgrown any we are getting low and would happily take donations.
