Principal Post

 Dear Families, 

Well we come to the end of the 2018 school year!! It seems only like yesterday that we were welcoming our Preps and getting underway, but looking back there has been so much achieved and many highlights ensuring a most productive year.  I hope that you can look back on the year and say with pride that it has been a ' good year' for your child in terms of learning and growth. My congratulations and thanks to everyone for contributing so positively to our community particularly to all our students!    We wish all our Year 6 students every blessing as they embark upon the next stage of their educational journey. Thank you sincerely to the families whose last child has finished primary school and who across these past seven years have supported our school in so many different ways. May we continue to see you at our Parish Community events.

Our Graduation Liturgy and Dinner held on Monday evening was a very memorable occasion for our students, families and staff.  Thank you to our dedicated staff, and to our very generous and organised parent  Graduation Committee; Vanessa, Katrina, Hayley and Catherine - a brilliant job!!!

2019 Staffing

I write to inform you that I have appointed Marg Klupacs as the Deputy Principal for the 2019 School Year. Marg is very experienced in this role and we look forward to having her support our students, staff and families in this role.  We welcome Georgina Torrisi who will take on the Library Role for 2019. Maryanne Denning  will continue the role on a Thursday.  I have appointed Denise Dix- Draper to the role of Learning Support Officer. I am sure you will welcome  our new staff.

Once more I thank our Staff who are leaving; Rose Lewis, Julie Cooke, Laura Mitchell and Anna Toronyi. We wish Bec Chan our blessings  as she and  awaits the birth of her baby.

2019 Term 1 Start date

The students  from Prep - Year 6 will return to school in 2019 on Thursday 31st January. The classrooms will be opened at 8:30am. There will be a Morning Tea for our Prep parents and all parents in the Performing Arts Area  from 8:45am. A great way to say hello to some new friends.
