Chinese New Year 

Celebrating with our International Students

In acknowledging the cultural importance of Chinese New Year, lunch was held last Friday for our 34 International Students. It was also an opportunity to meet and make welcome the additional 10  International students who are currently attending English Language School during first semester and will be joining us later this year. 

Our International students have selected Wantirna College as a school that provides support and care during their secondary school years. These students are working hard to improve their English language skills and are very determined to find success in our educational system. They are also looking forward to experiencing our way of life. 

With an expanding program, the College is continuing to look for homestay families who welcome the opportunity to have an International student stay with them during the school year. Please contact Ningna Zhang, the College Homestay Coordinator for more details.
