Work Experience

Year 10 - last reminder for forms

On Monday 17 September to Friday 21 September our Year 10 students will participate in an important week of work experience.

Work experience is a valuable opportunity to 

• develop employability skills
• explore possible career options
• understand employer expectations, and
• increase their self-understanding, maturity, independence and self-confidence.

Students will be attending a diverse array of employment opportunities from Allied Health, Hospitality, Fashion, Design, Game Development to IT, Veterinary, Early Childcare, Parks and Environment. 

Volunteering is another great way to get hands-on experience or to try out a particular job or industry that you think you might like to be part of in the future.

If students have not yet returned their forms or notified me about their plans for the week of work experience could they please do so by Wednesday 12 September. Please use the  attached form below or visit our dedicated Careers website here.
