Submit and pay $36 for your course applications by 27 September. Applications/registrations after this date and up until 2 November will incur a late processing fee of $105, after which you will be charged $137.
Note: You will need your VCAA student number to register. If you do not have it please contact the office to assist you.
Remember, you can still continue changing your course preferences even after you've submitted the application.
These special applications are due to be finalised on Friday 12 October, however I recommend completing them as soon as possible prior to 27 September to avoid any last minute rush and late fees.
All supporting document submissionsfor SEAS (Special Entry Access Scheme) and Scholarships are now in their own section of the VTAC account. Once you have signed up for a VTAC account you can go to the "Submit SEAS/Scholarships Documents" page, upload files, generate online links to collect statements of support, print templates for written statements of support and print cover sheets for submission of documents by mail.
You can view the SEAS Guide attached here.

Please remember to check the VCA website for other course opening and closing dates here.
Don't worry, the recording of VTAC’s webinar for students, parents and the community is still available here at
https://connect.vic.edu.au/pfwpqj0obuqf/
You will need to enter the passcode VTACaug15 to view the recording.
If you are applying to study in NSW or ACT you may need to apply through the University Admissions Centre (UAC). Please visit UAC's website for an overview of the application process. The application processing charge is $70 and is not refundable.
Again, once you've applied, you can change the order of your preferences – or even the courses you’ve selected – as often as you like before the closing dates for each offer round. (Some courses have early application closing dates so check for these as well.)
The most important offer rounds (UAC) for Year 12 students are December Round 2 on Thursday 20 December 2018 and January Round 1 on Friday 11 January 2019. These rounds are when most Year 12 applicants receive their offers.
For information about the UAC Special Considerations applications (EAS) please read the following attachment.
