Administration Matters
I hope you are keeping up with the pace of Term 1. Here are a few reminders of what is coming up over the next few weeks.
ELC & Primary Parent BBQ - Wednesday 4 March
Your invitation with RSVP came home this week as well as being emailed and we really hope you can make it. It's a lovely informal evening for staff, students and their families to enjoy some games and dinner together.
Lost Property
Can I ask that you please check your child's hat, jumper and jacket over the weekend to see if they have gone home wearing someone else's belongings. A number of named items are reported missing, many brand new at the start of the year and it's often as simple as a child picking up the wrong one.
Please return any uniform items to the front office if this has happened to you and we will get the items back to their rightful owner.

Shrove Tuesday
Shrove Tuesday is one of the most delightful mornings of the year when the staff arrive early to serve the student body pancakes on their way to class. Here's a few photos to enjoy.
Parent Teacher Interviews
Parent Teacher Interviews (ELC to Year 9) are scheduled for Week 6 this term. Please take note of the following days and times and the Booking Code relevant to your child's year level.

School Tours
If you know of friends or neighbours that have plans to enrol their children with us in future years, please encourage them to join us on one of our School Tours or speak to me about an Application Form. Places for our Reception 2022 class is filling fast as our ELC grows.

Change of Banks
The school has recently changed banks and the EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) payment method is being phased out and will very soon not be available.
Tuition & Bus Fee payments (Reception to Year 12)
Tuition & bus fee payments can made by a scheduled instalment plan, via Bpay, (these details are on your tuition fee statement), in person or over the telephone. If you experience difficulties with using the Bpay method, please contact the school.
ELC payments
Please contact Kelly Carter at the ELC to complete a Direct Debit Request – Authorisation Form. Payments can be made weekly or fortnightly and will be processed on a Friday.
