Tennis

The Intermediate Boys Tennis team consisting of Jolyon Hogan, Ed Bush, Hugh Byrne, Dermot Ritchie and Archer Ritchie qualified for the Loddon Mallee Region Tennis Competition held in Mildura on Monday 6th May.  The boys played both singles and doubles in the lovely Mildura sunshine on the grass courts.  It was a great effort by the team who placed second and played some great tennis. Thank you to Brendan Hogan and Nick Ritchie for accompanying the team to Mildura.

Soccer

The Campaspe rounds of soccer have been played in beautiful days at the Jack Eddy Oval over the past couple of weeks.

The Year 7 Girls team took their game to a penalty shoot-out as the final score was nil all.  The penalty shoot-out saw each team member have a shot for goal however St. Mary's of Nathalia got the only and final goal to finalise the day.

The Year 7 Boys team coached by Jordan Frew were competitive, winning two out of their three game and their third was a draw.  This saw them in the winning position and now qualifies them for the LMR round in July.  Good luck boys!

The Intermediate Girls coached by Mr Romano and Carissa Hamilton (Year 11) had a great day on the field.  Although they didn’t win any games, there was lots of laugher and fun as the girls soccer skills improved throughout their 3 games.

Campaspe Cross Country

Good luck to those students participating in the Campaspe Cross Country around Scenic Drive on Friday 24th May.  The competition begins at 10am and parents are welcome to come and watch the students compete.
