Cross Country 

The Cross Country season is well underway, with CaSSSA interschool Cross Country approaching in three weeks.  The team of students has been sacrificing many early mornings, but the results of the runners’ determination and extremely hard work over the last couple of months is sure paying off.  

So far, the students have taken part in two lead-up meets.  These have been fabulous for the team to practise racing in a competitive environment, and additionally show off their skills.  It has been so rewarding seeing the change in the students’ fitness, attitude, and mental strength over the season so far and we know they will all excel at the upcoming CaSSSA Cross Country!
