Physical Education

Last week we started our 4 weeks gymnastics course. The students were amazing at doing hand stands, forward rolls, bridges and flying jumps using the mini trampoline. It was wonderful to witness students having a go at everything and their excited about some new accomplishments.

We look forward to the next 3 sessions.

Library 

PFA Book Funding

THANK YOU to the PFA, who recently allocated funds to purchase new books for our school library.

This week the new arrivals have been processed and catalogued by Gemma Billingham. Year 5 and 6 students were asked to nominate their favourite authors, titles and series to be considered in purchasing and couldn't wait to get their turn class time in the library to browse and borrow.  Thanks again to the parents who regularly assist with shelving and general assistance in the library. We are always looking for some helpers to join the team. Please contact the office for details. Next week the Prep, Year 1T and Year 1/2 D parents are rostered on to help do a general shelving tidy up. HAPPY READING.
