Senior School

In2Cricket

Last Friday October 25, the Year 5s and 6s set off to Mulgrave Reserve to participate in a Milo Cricket round robin competition. Throughout the day, everyone improved their skills. In saying that, for many it was their first game of cricket. First off, it was a miserable day and we thought that it was going to be called off but we still played all of the games. There were five groups and the group that did the best was the Green Group that won all of the matches. At the end of the day, everyone had a fun time but we were ready to go home.

In our classrooms

The Senior School students have had a very busy start to the term. In class, we have been doing lots of assessments, public speaking, Buddies and Leadership. After the successful Production, we had a well-earned pizza party. Also, last Friday we went to Milo Cricket which was lots of fun.

Graduation Year 5 Parents

This year's Graduation Ceremony will be occurring on Tuesday, December 17 from 6.00pm in our School Hall. We are seeking 3 or 4 Year 5 parent volunteers who could possibly assist on the night in the serving of food to the students. This is a great opportunity for next year's Year 6 parents to view the routine for Graduation, and take away some ideas on how to set up for the event. If you could possibly assist on the night for an hour or so, could you please contact Mr Keeghan. Thank you.
