Junior School Concert Information - Tickets

Our Foundation & Grade 1/2 Junior School Concert ‘A Night at the Circus’ will be held on Tuesday 28 May 2019 at the Besen Centre, 87 – 89 Station St, Burwood, beginning at 7:15 p.m.  Families should have received a notice about this last week and tickets for this event went on sale Wednesday 8 May at 9 a.m. 

As per usual, we are using the internet-ticketing site, ‘Try Booking’ and the direct link for purchasing tickets is: https://www.trybooking.com/BCMXF

Assembly Guest Performer

Congratulations to Maja for her amazing vocal performance in our last assembly, Thursday 2 May.  The audience thoroughly enjoyed it!  Thank to Mrs Tenace for accompanying Maja.  A wonderful way to being our term!  Well done!

SOS - Truck Driver Needed

Our Junior School Concert is coming up in a few short weeks and we are in need of a truck driver to move our choir risers and some costuming to the Besen Centre on the day of the concert (Tuesday 28 May).  This person doesn't need a truck licence as the size of the truck doesn't require it. 

If you are interested and available can you please email Miss Poor ASAP. 

We also require a truck driver for our Senior School Production, and this person will need a truck license.  This production is on Wednesday 31 July and Thursday 1 August, and requires the driver to move scenery, costuming and props.   A few people to assist with this would be greatly appreciated.  Again, please contact Miss Poor via email if you are available and interested.

Senior School Production Props

For our upcoming Senior Production we are in need of a few specialty items and we are hoping that within in our school community we might be able to source some of these items.  These include:

- Persian Rugs

- Wicker Baskets

- Arabian style cushions and throws 

- Hessian Bags/sacks

If you have any of these items at home and are willing to lend them, can you please name them and deliver them to the Stadium office, so we can return once the production has finished.
