WOW WHAT A YEAR!

What an absolutely crazy year we have endured this year. With restrictions, learning from home and all of the fun and games that went along with Covid 19 entering our lives, you have all been absolutely amazing. As a Grade 3/4 Team, we were blown away with the continued focus, resilience and effort we saw in our students and are so proud of each and every one of you. We have seen you all grow socially and academically and I would like to personally thank you for always trying your best and being the best person you can possibly be. Thank you to all of our lovely parents who have been so encouraging and supportive throughout Remote Learning and whilst we have been teaching back in the classroom.

For all of your messages of gratitude and well wishes...we say a big THANK YOU!

We would like to wish our students all the best as they continue their learning journey next year. Have a wonderful Christmas and a safe New Year. See you in 2021!!

Thanks so much to the students and parents of 34A for your wonderful support and effort throughout the whole year. The year has certainly been full of challenges but we got through it with flying colours because we did it together and worked together as a team. I have really enjoyed getting to know you all and have seen you all grow so much in confidence and in your ability across such a wide range of curriculum areas. We have had so much fun together as a class with many laughs, antics and craziness. I am really looking forward to being the teacher of 3/4A again next year and am lucky to have some of you in my class once again. Wishing you all the best for your future years of primary school. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Years.

Dear Families of 3/4B, thank you for your support and dedication. We have faced many unique challenges this year, however we have approached every obstacle with persistence and a positive mindset. I appreciate your commitment and efforts in making Remote Learning a success.

I would also like to acknowledge the dedicated staff who have been an absolute pleasure to work with. A huge congratulations to Gary Monopli for 40 years of teaching!

To my beautiful students, thank you for making my job so much fun! Your humour, enthusiasm and passion has contributed to a memorable and enjoyable year.

I am so grateful to the families of Upwey South, I am blown away by the acts of generosity and kindness of our school community. I am very fortunate to have worked at Upwey South and I wish everyone a happy and successful year in 2021!

Thank you to everyone for all of the support throughout this very unusual year. I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching 34C and will take away with me very fond memories and unique experiences. I feel very privileged to have been a part of your child’s life during this time. The challenges that we faced together and the resilience that we showed was truly exceptional.
