Reports - Parent Portal
Your child’s Semester Two report for 2020 will be available online via the nForma Parent Portal on the afternoon of Tuesday, 15 December.
If you have used the Parent Portal previously:
Please use the following link to login-to the Parent Portal: Parent Portal
When the site opens, enter your USER NAME (your email address) and then type the PASSWORD you set previously.
Once in the portal you will need to:
- Select your child
- Select 'Assessment and Reporting'
- Select the year and semester
If you have forgotten your password, please follow the 'Forgotten password' link on the Parent Portal login screen. Please note that your new password will need to be at least 7 characters long and must include at least one non alpha-numeric character, e.g. *, - / or similar.
If you have requested a password reset and the email does not appear, please look in your junk/spam folder for an email from no-reply@nforma.com.au
If you have not used the Parent Portal before:
Instructions on how to access the nForma Parent Portal will be sent to the email address/es that you have previously supplied to the school. These emails will be sent on the afternoon of Tuesday, 15 December. This automated email containing instructions and login details will come from no-reply@nforma.com.au and not the school. If you do not receive the email please check your junk/spam folder for an email from that address.
It is highly recommended that you use a computer to access your child’s reports for the first time. Subsequent logins can be made on a mobile device if preferred.
Once you have followed the instructions, you will be able to view your child’s report online.
All parents/guardians:
It is recommended that you download your child’s report to a home computer or device to keep a personal copy. This is important for parents of Year Six students or students who are leaving St Anthony’s.
