SENIOR SCHOOL PARENT/TEACHER/ STUDENT INTERVIEWS

Interviews will take place on Wednesday July 18 in the McAuley Precinct of the College between 4.00pm and 6.00pm.

Open to all students in Senior and Intermediate VCAL and all students enrolled in a Unit 1/2 (Year 11 level) and/or a Unit 3/4 (Year 12 level) subject this year.

Appointment times are available to be booked online via PAM.

This opportunity enables you to meet with your son/daughter’s teachers. We strongly recommend that all Parents/Guardians of students take advantage of this opportunity. It is important that all students attend these interviews as well to be part of these important conversations.

VCAL YEAR 10 MOCK INTERVIEWS

The Year 10 group have been busily preparing for Mock Job Interviews which took place on Thursday June 21. The group have chosen job advertisements that best suited their interest and skills area. From the job advertisement they then created the applicable cover letters and tailored resumes.

A big thank you to both Ms Bethany Simpson from SMGT and Mr Rod Martin form NMLLEN who conducted the interviews and provided timely constructive feedback that has now been sent to the VCAL teaching staff to discuss with the students.

Please find the time to discuss the individual feedback with your son/daughter. The Year 10 group are to be congratulated with embracing the activity as a very valuable learning task.
