Premiers' Reading Challenge - Update

It was fantastic to see students continuing to read and add books to the Premiers' Reading Challenge during the Remote Learning period. Keep adding books - the challenge finishes at the end of this term!

Year 7 English classes are participating in a "Mini Challenge" this year - students in the class that finishes the most books will be treated to a Pizza Party Lunch!

Students can see the current Year 7 Leader board in the library.

eLibrary

Students and staff have access to a great resource - the KSC eLibrary.

This eLibrary contains a collection of eBooks that students can borrow and read. This service was handy during our recent Remote Learning. Students can continue to access this resource throughout the year to supplement our physical library collection.

Click & Collect Library Books

During Remote Learning, students had the opportunity to request books using our school library Click & Collect service. Students could request books based on interest, favourite genres, or reading abilities. 

Well done to those students who took the initiative to organise a Click & Collect Book Pack!

Refugee week - Friendship Bracelet Making

During Refugee Week, students came together to make friendship bracelets in the library at lunch time. Thanks to Ms Bentley for facilitating this activity.
