Year 10 Course Counselling - Information for Students and their families

Dear Year 10 Students and Families,

The following presentation has been prepared as part of the course counselling process. We ask that all year 10 students and families watch and listen to the attached power point. Following this, you will find a number of different resources available for you to read. 

The KSC Subject Selection Handbook should be read thoroughly by students and families prior to course counselling appointments.

***  The WEC handbook and website should be examined by all VCAL candidates - The video link is a Western Edge Cluster promotional video, this video is for all students considering VCAL and therefore VET as their pathway. It showcases the range of VET options available to students in the Melton cluster :

In the next couple of weeks, each year 10 student will be informed as to who their course counsellor is. Each student will meet with their counsellor to make their pathway (VCE or VCAL) and subject/VET selections.

If you have any questions we ask that you direct them to the student's allocated course counsellor or, any VCE specific questions should be directed to Miss Kelsey Ryan and any VCAL/VET questions should be directed to Mrs Carmela Sant.
