Bill Turner Cup

The boys Bill Turner Soccer team had their first away trip of the season, they were off to Wagga to play TRAC. This was a fantastic piece of football as the boys quickly led from the outset. 2 first-half hattricks to each of Jake Calabria and Luca Valensisi had us leading 6-1 at the break. With a couple of players injured, we took our foot off the pedal and worked to keep a clean sheet in the second. Dane O'Connor finished from outside the box late in the game to sure up the result for a final 7-1 Victory. The best moment of the match was Luca's goal for his hattrick where he flicked the ball behind him, between two players, and then curled it into the bottom right corner. Well done boys, another great victory!

We have a variety of sporting events coming up early in term 3. We also have some rescheduled events that were postponed due to bad weather.

20th July - BISSA Athletics (Albury)

22nd July - Rugby 7’s (Leeton)

27th and 28th July - Bill Turner Soccer Finals (Albury)

12th August - Wagga Wagga Diocesan Basketball Gala Day (Albury)
