In recent weeks, our students have again stepped up to the challenge of learning in lockdown - and in doing so have continued to expand on their culinary repertoire, building further confidence in their skills beyond the classroom.  Without relying on having a teacher at hand,  these 'foodies' have demonstrated just how capable, creative and adventurous that they can be in the home kitchen.  Better still,  they can see how their learning immediately translates into a 'real' world scenario.  They have have surprised themselves and their families with how proficient they are - serving up delicious,  intricate and challenging projects for those that they love. Everyone is a winner!
