PFA Report

Annual General Meeting

All parents are most welcome to attend our AGM which will be held at 7.00pm Tuesday, 22 November, and stay afterwards for a social gathering in the Staff Lounge.  We will briefly report on 2016 and deliver a donation from our fundraising events to the Principal.

Judy Allen Award    

Nominations are open for the Judy Allen Award. To nominate a member of our Kilvington Community for working over and above the usual breadth of their role, please complete the nomination form on our website.

 

The winner of this prestigious award will be announced at Celebration Night.

Secondhand Uniform Shop - Last dates for 2016

The Secondhand Uniform Shop is open for purchases and for you to drop in your laundered uniform for sale – Saturday, 5 November and 10 December.  Consignment details here.

 

There are currently plenty of Year 9 polo tops available. So if your student is entering Y9 in 2017, it's definitely worth a visit.

 

Please note these are the last dates for 2016 and the shop will not be open until school returns in 2017.

World Fair and Open Day - 25 March 2017

I am currently looking for coordinators for our Fundraising Stalls at the 2017 World Fair.  Please email me if you (and a friend) would like to know more about any of the following.  These are the stalls that will determine our fundraising outcome.

  • Fruit Sticks/Kebabs
  • BBQ
  • Hot Chips
  • Toys – secondhand
  • Kids Clothing - secondhand
  • Retro and Bling Stall – secondhand
  • Ticket Sales & Information Booth – on the day

Thank you to the parents who helped out at the Sports Dinner, Open Morning, Years 5 and 6 Production and Mental Health Week.  Your help is always very much appreciated.

Staff Thank you Morning Tea – Wednesday 26 October

Please send in a treat for the table to say 'Thank You' to our wonderful Staff.  Baked, bought, packaged – all is gratefully accepted.  Please drop off to the Staff Lounge or Receptions in the morning.  Your named containers will be left at Main Reception for collection in the afternoon.  Thank you.

 

You or your student/s may also wish to write a note to the staff in general.  Please leave this with the food.  These are cherished.

 

It is a delight to be able to thank our staff and convey our gratitude from all our families at Kilvington.
