FLYER DISTRIBUTION

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who has been out pounding the pavement this weekend distributing flyers to promote the Pleasant Bazaar! The weather has been dicey but our volunteers have been committed to excellence and have worked hard to get those flyers in letterboxes. There are still more flyers to be distributed, so if you can help this week please see Sue and Ally at the office. Thank you.

RAFFLE & SILENT AUCTION

Thank you to Jodi Vale for coordinating this year’s raffle and silent auction, the array of items available is staggering. Be sure to check out the prizes on offer in the hall on the day of the Bazaar. Raffle tickets will be coming home to families this year via orange folders so please keep an eye out and if you’d like to take part make sure your payment is returned to the office asap. A massive thank you goes to the Toland family for collating the raffle tickets and notices!

SOFT DRINK TOSS

Thank you for the soft drink donations received so far, but we need more! Please keep the donations of soft drink / juice coming so we can ensure the Soft Drink Toss game is successful and can run for the whole day. There is a basket in the school foyer for all donations. Thank you.

EVENT MAP & PASSPORT

Check out social media today for a sneak peek at our event map. It’s so fancy!! Thank you to Daron Kirby for the fantastic design. Our event map includes the location of all school stalls, food stalls, amenities and our entertainment schedule for the day. It’s a fantastic overview of how MPRPS&K will be the place to be come November 23rd!  Plus visit all the stalls listed on our ‘passport’ for your chance to win some great prizes.

RIDES

Ride wristbands are available now! Pre-purchase your unlimited ride wristbands via this link https://www.trybooking.com/BCHLP  Please help us to spread the word. Rides will be open to the general public on the day so your friends, family and neighbours are all welcome to purchase a wristband and join the fun! Below is a run-down of the ride pricing structure, pre-purchase online to save $$. Prices will increase on the day of the Pleasant Bazaar.

CAN WE BORROW YOUR STUFF?

We need some help sourcing additional equipment for the day of the Bazaar. Can we borrow a few things? The items we need are; Trestle Tables, Marquees (3x3mts with weights if possible), Eskys, Hand Trolleys, Tea Pots & Tea Cups. If you are able to loan us any of the above please get in contact pleasantbazaar@gmail.com We will need the items to be delivered to school on Friday November 22nd and every item must be labelled with your name so it can be returned efficiently. Thanks so much for your help.

TRASH & TREASURE

Thank you to everyone who dropped off goods to the container on Sunday. We will advise if another collection is possible before the big day. Please remember we cannot accept electrical items, clothing or soft toys.
