Seasons Greeting to one and all!

And so another year is closing to an end and everyone is busy (and stressed) working out how to relax over Christmas….

Next year we will be supporting Australian Dental Health Victoria with the Australian Dental Van providing student dental checks and treatment commencing the 3rd week of term 1 (February 17th). Consent forms will be sent out towards the end of January. www.adhv.com.au

WHAT IS AUSTRALIAN DENTAL HEALTH VICTORIA? Australian Dental Health Victoria (ADHV) is a Victorian-based initiative that will provide all Victorian public and private primary and secondary school students with free dental care beyond an eligibility criteria this initiative has been in place for years as the Child Dental Benefit Schedule has existed since 2014.

Children will be seen in their school environment, allowing them to feel safe and comfortable. The ADHV standards of oral health co-aligns with the department’s curriculum to ensure children are properly educated. The ADHV does this by offering interactive oral health classes.

Also during Term 1 Bunnings and the Wellington shire have confirmed they will commence our gardening project and vegetable garden resurrection. Details to follow in February.

Healthy food options will be one of our main focuses next year and Woolworths are kindly continuing their free fortnightly fresh fruit donation.

Well done to all the Year 12’s in completing their education and finally moving on to adulthood and experiencing what the world has to offer, and to making new memories and friendships.
