Teacher Swap!

We all know that the quality of a teacher in a classroom is key to improving student faith and learning outcomes.  Students thrive in an environment where the teaching practices are engaging, modern and explicit. Key to this being successful, is when teachers are given an opportunity to collaborate, observe and analyse classroom practice. As a way of building the capacity of our teachers and growing the partnerships between our schools we have introduced a 'Teacher Swap.' As mentioned in the Principal's Message the swap will provide an opportunity for teachers to partake in rich dialogue around current practices and to see first hand how different school environments work. We have attached a short clip that depicts the success of our first teacher swap on Tuesday.
