Silent Auction...
We have some amazing prizes on offer in our silent auction, and this year everyone will have the opportunity to bid on these items, prior to the fair, using the following link: https://www.32auctions.com/RPS2019
Online bidding will commence at 5pm on Friday 1st November, and will stop at 5pm on Friday 15th November.
On the day of the fair, the highest online bidder will open the paper bidding sheets and the auction will continue in a paper format until 3pm when the auction will close and the highest bidders will be announced.
If you can't make it to the fair, make sure you put in your highest bid online beforehand, so that you are not outbid and miss out on that much sought after prize.
More auction items will be added as they come to hand, so be sure to keep checking the website in the lead up to the fair.

Volunteers...
Many thanks to everyone who has already volunteered to help out at one of our stalls. However, we still have number of spots left to fill.

Fair Callout...
If you can assist with any of the following, please contact the office or forps3084@gmail.com
- Volunteers who hold a current RSA (Responsible Serving of Alcohol) who would be happy to volunteer at the Beer and Wine tent for an hour or two
- Power extension leads (these will be tagged and tested prior to use). Please make sure that they are clearly labelled so they can be returned. Leads will be required to be dropped off at school by Friday 15th November.
Donations Needed...
- Various sized chocolate bars for the chocolate trailer
- Food condiments: napkins, tomato sauce
- Beer & Wine donations
- Plants Please
We are looking for donations for our plant stall. Please drop off any potting you have done, on the morning of the fair. If you need to drop off earlier, just let us know and we will make a spot for them to be cared for.

If you are able to assist with delivering fair flyers to the local area, please come and speak to Ally in the office as she has a big pile and we need your help.

Fair Information...
Do you own, work or know someone with a business that could support our fair? We need you!
The generous support from businesses is essential to ensure our school fair is cost effective (more money goes back into the school to benefit our children) and enables us to offer fantastic prizes for our various activities and for the silent auction and raffle.
Businesses are able to contribute goods and services as well as cash donations. Some of the goods and services donated from businesses so far include 12 weeks of free swimming lessons, accommodation vouchers, meal vouchers, hampers and real estate advertising boards.
Sponsorship and donation are a terrific way to gain visibility and generate goodwill and customers for your business. All businesses that support our fair will be acknowledged. Some of the ways this will be done are acknowledgement via RPS facebook page, fair signage, promotion and announcements at the fair.
