Charity Knitting

Greetings fellow knitters! We are at that time of year when the weather is colder and winter woollies are needed. An Oxley tradition has been to donate knitted items to charity KOGO (Knit One Give One), and we are pleased to continue to donate to them again this year. They have said that they are in desperate need of baby cardigans or jumpers, adult blankets, cot blankets and pram covers. Squares, beanies, scarves and wrist warmers are always welcomed. We have had good start to 2023 and have already donated nine toys, nine children’s jumpers, one pair of mittens, 28 adult beanies, six children’s beanies and four blankets.
