Year 10 Textiles Last Semester

In Term 2 the Yr 10 Textiles students linked in with a Yr 1class at Edgars Creek Primary School to create reading buddies based on the book, Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus. 

A reading buddy is a soft toy that the Yr 1 students can hold or cuddle when they are reading a book. 

Well, I do not think the Yr 10 students thought this was going to be a difficult task........ but the Yr 1 students had a great time colouring in the designs to give the Yr 10 students the greatest construction challege possible. As you can see the Yr 10 students did a fantastic job meeting these design expectations.
