Updating Contact Information and Emergency Contacts

It is important that we have the most up to date contact information for our students parents/caregivers.  If you have recently changed your mobile number or email address please notify Admin of this in writing at admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au.

In the event of an emergency where we are unable to get in touch with a Parent or Caregiver we will use the emergency contacts supplied to us at enrolment. If these details require updating please advise Admin in writing at admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au.

Labelling Belongings and Lost & Found

Please ensure that all students belongings, especially uniforms, are clearly labelled.

We have a new lost and found container that is located inside the Undercover Area.

All items with no clear identification will be placed here. This will be regularly cleared out.

National Simultaneous Storytime

National Simultaneous Storytime (NSS) is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA). Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country. It is a colourful, vibrant, fun event that aims to promote the value of reading and literacy, using an Australian children's book that explores age-appropriate themes, and addresses key learning areas of the National Curriculum for Foundation to Year 6.

To celebrate this event, all kids in PP to Year 6 are invited to wear their 'speediest sneakers' to school on this day. This means they can wear their normal school shoes or special shoes on this day.
