Dear parents and carers,

Please find attached some information regarding the thriving kids & parents school project. The project offers 3 free, high quality, evidence-based parenting seminars to help parents and schools to develop a shared language and a toolbox of strategies to support children's learning and wellbeing. The topics covered in the parent seminars include:

• The power of positive parenting: helps you to understand why kids behave the way they do and introduces practical strategies to support your child’s social and emotional development.
• Helping your child to manage anxiety: is designed to equip you with the skills and strategies you need to support your child to manage their emotions and overcome challenges.
• Keeping your child safe from bullying: helps you maintain good communication with your child, develop positive peer relationships, and address conflict and bullying.
