Art Show 'Aussie Escape' Recap

The students of Surfside had all contributed to some marvelous displays and artwork with an 'Aussie' theme. Under current COVID restrictions we can't travel around Australia so felt it was best to bring the wonders of Australia to Surside. Families packed their bags and passports and enjoyed a tour around Australia with direction from our knowledgable and humorous tour guides. We travelled from Hosier Lane to Werribee Zoo, through crocodile infested waters and the beaches of Bondi, many Australian creatures big and small and finishing with the sunset over the underground mining town of Coober Pedy. Travel logistics were challenging but a MASSIVE THANK YOU to all involved for ensuring the safest restrictions were in place so we could again see what our wonderful country of Australia has to offer. Unfortunately due to a limited number of tickets we have offered a virtual snapshot below for those who were unable to attend.
