A Spring Prayer

One of the reasons I love to live in Melbourne  is the change of seasons, sometimes all in one day, but I always enjoy the change over the year. It adds a certain rhythm to our lives and the warmer weather certainly gives us some added energy. Over the past few weeks the earth has certainly come back to life from our wintry slumber. Our new trees on the oval and in the pots in Courtyard have gone from sticks, to buds, to leaves. 

This prayer celebrates this time and with the School Holidays upon us I hope you can find time to celebrate Spring and find the 'Invisible God' ever around us.

For Seasons on Life 

For seasons on life

When fall turns to winter

and winter to spring

let me embrace

the seasons of life.

From highs and lows

From joy to sorrow

and back again

From birth to breath

and life to death.
