Kindergarten Partnerships

We are working closely with our local kindergartens to foster collaborative working relationships to support incoming students to Marlborough Primary. Last term we had some incredible literacy based sessions with Cuddly Bear Childcare and Kindergarten, Choklits Kindergarten Ringwood and Community Kids Heathmont. Students from these kindergartens had lots of fun with our Foundation students and will continue to visit us this term. We will also see our Grade 4 students heading out to these local kindergartens for a reading session with the kindergarten children this term. This is a great opportunity for Grade 4s to show leadership and be role models for children.

We also want to say a huge congratulations to our talented Foundation students who showcased their incredible collaborative artwork about community at Cuddly Bear Heathmont’s Art Exhibition over the term holidays. We are delighted and very proud of their finished pieces. It was a privilege to be part of their first Art Exhibition and wonderful to see such creativity and friendships blossoming.
