Important information about your Family Zone service
The Family Zone parent control software has finished production and the College will no longer be able to offer free access to this product. An alternative product is offered below by Family Zone.
We wanted to let you know that your Family Zone service will no longer be supported as of 30 June 2023. We are inviting all Family Zone customers to make the switch to our new parental control app provided by Qustodio.
Qustodio has joined our organisation to provide our customers with a truly world-beating service that gives families visibility of their child's online behaviours, ensures safe and balanced screen time use, and helps parents to monitor which apps and websites are being viewed.
How to make the switch
- You will need to cancel your Family Zone account before making the switch to Qustodio. Steps on how to do this are provided here.
- Create your new Qustodio account once you have cancelled your Family Zone account. Get started with Qustodio here.
Please make the switch before 30 June 2023 to ensure uninterrupted protection on your child's devices. Devices will no longer be supported as of 1 July 2023.
