2022 can we keep the P&C ship floating?

We were hoping we wouldn't have to get to this point but we are desperate! We need a bookkeeper urgently to help tidy up the 2021 finances and submit them for audit prior to the April AGM. Can you help?There is minimal work to do but you need to have MYOB skills.

General meeting - please join us on 16 March at 7:30pm-8:30pm via zoom.

It's that simple - all parents are welcome to attend. We need at least 3 more parents to join and make a quorum otherwise, our ship is sunk.

AGM - 6 April 7:30pm-8:30pm via zoom.

Only if we can get an executive committee at the AGM and people attending can we continue to run our clothing pool, Mother's Day stall, Father's Day BBQ, provide Yr 6 gifts and assist with the Farewell dinner, Kindy and Yr 6 tea towels, sponsorship of Presentation Day Awards and captains gifts. Sadly, our only other option will be to dissolve the BPS P&C as three parents can not represent a school of over 500 children alone and do all this themselves.
