Housekeeping re-enrolment and term invoice

You would have received the term invoice by now. If  your child is not returning to lessons and you haven't notified us earlier (before 10 January), cancellation of lessons at this stage would attract cancellation fees equivalent to 4 lessons worth of fees. This is because we have lined up our teachers and kept the slot for your child on the basis your child is returning to lessons. This has always been our policy and is clearly set out in our enrolment form and term invoice. 

The term invoice has a due date. We appreciate payment on or before the due date  as we pay our teachers weekly and have substantial ongoing operating expenses to look after. There will be a late fee charge of $15 to invoices that are unpaid and outstanding for more than 4 weeks after due date. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
