TOBA Winter Sports Day

We'd be delighted if you joined us at the upcoming TOBA Winter Sports Day 'Brendan Ryan ('91) Cup' on Sunday, 17 July from 9.30am at the Trinity College Playing Fields, cnr Manning & Elderfield Rd Waterford.
TOBA teams will play TC teams:
- 9.30am - Football
- 9.45am - Hockey
- 10.00am - Rugby & Soccer
- 10.30am - Cross Country
- 11.00am - Presentations & sausage sizzle
If you are a TC Old Boy interested in playing, please email toba@trinity.wa.edu.au and we will put you in touch with the specific sport co-ordinator. All are welcome to pop down and enjoy the morning.
A coffee van will be on site to assist with your caffeine needs and a sausage sizzle will be provided after the games.
History behind the cup:
Brendan Ryan (’91) was diagnosed in 1989 with leukaemia whilst in Year 10 at Trinity College. He was left with severe physical impairments and confined to a wheelchair following medical treatment during his long battle with the illness. To recognise Brendan’s fighting spirit, the 'Brendan Ryan Cup' began in 2001. Brendan is a remarkable Old Boy who continues to excel in life.
