Informing Our Community

This term staff have been in collaboration to refine our Informing the Community document that outlines the key interactions that are available to the school community.

'Informing Our Community' (attached below) provides an outline of key interactions that are available to the school community throughout 2019. It is hoped that this document will strengthen our sense of belonging and pride in our school and inform your further about the future focussed education and your child/ren's learning. Further details about these interactions will be provided closer to them occurring.

We ask that all families add to their diaries Thursday 7th February 2018 for our Community Night - Building Connections. This is an informal evening where families will have the opportunity to meet staff and build positive connections within the school community. Further details will be available in the Week 0 Welcome Back Newsletter.

2019 Annual General Meeting

The 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 11th February at 6:00pm in the Staff Room.  Further details will be outlined early next year.

Coles Sport Vouchers

Thank you to all the families who collected Sports Vouchers from Coles earlier this year.  Your contribution has enabled us to provide sports packs in each building for students to use at recess and lunch. Also some extra equipment that will be used for topic specific PE lessons. This would not have been possible without your support.

Sporting Achievement

Congratulations to Layla Robertson who represented her athletics club, Western Districts. Her team ran in the under 9 state relay championships on Sunday. They were awarded 2nd place in the 4 x 100m and 3rd in 4 x 200m.

Great work Layla!
