WHERE: School Gym, Paratea Drive, Rowville
WHEN: Friday 15th July 2022
TIME: Foundation & Grade 1–4.45pm to 5.45pm
Grades 2, 3 & 4 - 6pm to 7.15pm,
Grades 5 & 6 – 7.30pm to 8.45pm
ADMISSION: $5.00 – must be pre-paid and consent on Compass by Wednesday 13th July 2022.
This event is being run for students of Rowville Primary School by FORPS and supported by the Principal and staff of Rowville Primary School with a strong focus on student safety, therefore, student supervision will be more than adequate.
Admission must be pre-paid and permission slips completed via Compass by Wednesday 13th July 2022.
(Note: due to OH&S reasons registrations and payments must be received by this date).
Glow items, snacks and juices (water is provided) will be available for purchase on the night for between $1 to $5. Please ensure that children wishing to purchase items have spending money on the night.
Please note that only registered helpers will be allowed in the gym during the disco sessions. Please complete the attached form and return to the office, if you are available to help.
Parents are encouraged to help in the canteen or with the selling of glow items.
Helpers must have a current Working with Children Check card and will have completed the 2022 volunteer induction at the office prior to the night.
NO PASS OUTS FOR STUDENTS DURING THE EVENT
PARENTS PLEASE NOTE:
On arrival at school, please take all children to the front of the gym (canteen side).
We suggest you arrive early to allow enough time prior to the start of the session to register your child’s attendance and to purchase glow items.
Pick up of all children is from the rear door of the gym (running track side) after the disco session. Children must be collected at the designated time.
Students will only be released into the care of an adult.
