Fantastic work this week Cici! You have modelled the school values when listening to others and sharing your ideas with the rest of the class. You have shown what an independent learner you are when solving subtraction problems in maths. Well done Cici!

Nayoung, you wrote a beautiful narrative with your cat, Cutie Pie as the main character. You had a problem in your story which had a great solution. You included some wonderful descriptive words in your writing as well. Keep up the awesome work.

Well done Rylee, for being a careful and hard-working student. Your work on Dorrie this week was great! You made thoughtful and logical predictions about what was going to happen, and you had some great words to describe how Dorrie felt in different parts of the story. Well done Rylee!

Well done Bosley on the effort you put into creating your character and setting for your narrative writing. You worked hard to create a puppet for your character and represent your setting with lots of detail on your paper plate. I look forward to reading all about the adventures your character gets up to in your writing!

Riya, well done on your wonderful learning about shapes in Maths this week. You applied your understanding of 3D shapes to name a range of objects and identify the number of faces, vertices and edges. It was great to see you eager to extend your knowledge surrounding the names of different shapes. Congratulations!

Congratulations Fei Fei on the fantastic writing you have achieved so far this term. You have demonstrated a clear understanding of how to use speech marks when including dialogue between characters in your work. Well done!

Congratulations on your wonderful attitude to learning Savannah. You worked diligently in Mathematics to apply a rule to a sequence of numbers and find the outcome. It was wonderful to see you challenge yourself to apply different rules and present your findings in a table. Great work Savannah!

Congratulations Taviru for always sharing your extraordinary knowledge with 4P. You are a very animated and intriqued participant of class discussions, who consistently asks and answers questions with such positivity and always demonstrate a zest for learning. Congratulations Zoe on your outstanding interpretation of the mouse, when performing the readers theatre play "The Gruffalo" . You demonstrated exceptional fluency, intonation and expression when reading your lines. Keep up your super acting skills.

Congratulations Serena for being a terrific role model to your peers. You are always organised, responsible and a joy to have in the classroom. Your script 'The old rickety House' that you co-wrote with Anneliese used a good amount of brackets and setting to engage the reader. 

Shanaya always works conscientiously on classroom activities. She is responsive to teacher and peer feedback. This week Shanaya has worked enthusiastically on her Maths goals and was able to seek assistance when needed. Shanaya always demonstrates a positive and inclusive attitude when working with her classmates. Keep up the great work, Shanaya!
