Year 5/6 –Celebrating Learning

During our For Our Elders unit, we were fortunate enough to have Micah come in to share the story of Charlie Perkins' and The Freedom Rides with us. 

To help us create our artwork that tells a story we’ve explored stories about significant people and events that have shaped Australia through the fields of sport, dance, visual art, activism, music, medicine, science and film/theatre/television. 

Over the last few weeks with Daen Sansbury-Smith & Isobel Knowles we’ve begun recording audio of students telling stories and also started animating some stories.
