END OF TERM 2 BBQ LUNCH

Thank you, Leona D (Nina and Margot’s mum) and Craig D (Addy’s dad), for looking after our End of Term BBQ lunch.  Also thank you to Woolworths Prahran and Leo at Mediterranean Butchers for supporting us with the supplies for the day.

We made a total profit of $663 from the BBQ which was a fantastic result. All money raised from the day has gone towards cooking equipment for the Food Tech Room.

PICK UP POP UP CAKE STALL – TERM 2

Thank you, Megan L (Eleanor’s Mum), for planning and running our Term 2 Cake Stall.  Also thank you to all the parents that helped on the day and the families who donated yummy treats.  And of course, we could not have done it without everyone purchasing at the stall!

We made a total profit of $513 from the Cake Stall which was a fantastic result.  All money raised from the day has gone towards new paint brushes for the Art Room.

DONUT FRIDAY – 3.30pm at the Food Tech Window

Donuts are back for Term 3.  Bring along your $1 coins and enjoy a fresh cinnamon donut after school on a Friday afternoon at the Food Tech Window.  Even purchase a few more to take home to the family for a yummy dessert!

TOASTIES TUESDAY LUNCH ORDERS

Thank you to Denise, Vanessa B and Elvira for cooking the toasties each Tuesday and a thank you to Courtney and Vannesa F for preparing the toasties each week.  We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Woolworths Prahran, who donate all the supplies we use to make the toasties every week. 

GRILL’D WINDSOR

We were fortunate enough to be allocated a box at Grill’d Windsor in March 2023.  We were even luckier to have won!  Thank you so much to Grill’d Windsor for $300 which will go toward costumes for our School Production in Term 4.

CADBURY CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER

We have some Cadbury Variety Jumbo Boxes and are looking for parents or carers who could possibly do some fundraising for the school by selling chocolates in their workplaces.  Can you help us out with this?  Please contact Elaina on 0407 431 429 for further information. 

Fundraising Event Planners Needed

Have you thought of a great fundraising idea that you would like to organise for WPS?  We would love to hear from you and are happy to support you in getting it organised!

We would also like to thank Coles Prahran for continuing their generous weekly donation of $50 until the end of 2023.  Some of the support staff and parents are running some small cooking classes each week which we hope to expand and continue in the future.  Amber and the team at Coles Prahran have happily offered to cover the cost of purchasing the ingredients each week.  We are so appreciative of their constant support to WPS.
