Moorabbin  District Athletics Carnival - Monday 4 September 

Moorabbin District Athletics Carnival is being held on Monday 4 September at Duncan McKinnon Athletics Track. Teams have been posted and all team members should have taken home a confirmation note detailing their events and approximate times. Events will commence at 9.30am and finish at approximately 2.30pm. 

 

Students will be using Nuline buses for transport. Students to dress in their school sport uniform, keeping in mind the nature of the day. Students should have warm tops to wear while they are not competing. If your child is unable to attend on the day, please let Mr. Pannam know as soon as possible. Students will need to bring their lunch, snacks and drinks for the day. 

Bike Education - Year 5

Bike Education for Year 5 will run on Friday 1 September and Friday 8 September. Students bikes are only required at school on Friday 8th September. Parental assistance is also needed on this Friday only. The Year 5 session will run from 11.10am - 12.50pm.

Bike and helmet checklists have gone home and should be completed. Bikes and helmets are required to be in road worthy condition for your child to participate in the program.

Please let your child’s classroom teacher know if you can assist. The Friday 8 September session will run from 11.00am until 12.30pm.

Bike Education - Year 6

Year 6 Bike Education will be held on the Friday 25th August and Friday 1st September. Our annual Braeside Park Ride and BBQ is on Thursday 14 September. Bikes are required for Friday 1 September and Thursday 14 September.

 

Bike and helmet checklists have gone home and should be completed. Bikes and helmets are required to be in road worthy condition for your child to participate in the program.

Parental help is required to assist with activities on Friday 1 September.  

 

Parents are also needed to come along on Thursday 14 September to Braeside Park to ride with groups or to assist with the BBQ. 

 

If you are able to assist in either capacity, please let Mr. Pannam or you child’s classroom teacher know as soon as possible.
