Farewell to a Cecil legend

In honour of the great Mr Alfonsi’s legacy here at Cecil Hills High School, here’s 26 minutes and 26 seconds worth of knowledge and sentiments from him:

As what’s been repeatedly mentioned since the news of his departure broke out, we have all been hoping that this is more of a “see you later” than a “goodbye”. But nonetheless, we cannot let this opportunity pass to immortalise one of Cecil’s true legends in an episode of The Cecil Voice.

We look forward to tapping into our alumni network (both former staff and students) in the near future to further strengthen our collection of podcasts for past, present, and future community members to enjoy!

We wish Mr Alfonsi the best of luck as he embarks on a new journey.  While we are sad that he will no longer be exclusive to the Cecil Family, we take great pride and solace in knowing that his mentorship will not only still benefit our students at Cecil but also a wider range of young people across the Cowpasture Network.
