Dear Parents and Carers,

A wonderfully brief and efficient AGM was held on Wednesday 16 March led by our P&F president, Sarah Glover.

Those that were present either in person or on line voted on a number of matters. All were passed with a majority vote. These were:

• The approval of the revised P&F Constitution
• The P&F fee increase from $35 to $45/family/year in 2023
• And the 2022 P&F Fundraising goal of $30000 - $25000 towards the upgrade of the Performance Theatre and $5000 for other items.

Financials were not ready in time for the AGM and will be presented at the next meeting. 

I was lucky enough to attend the junior Head of the River this last weekend and was so proud of the amazing efforts of these young athletes. And there are more regattas coming up in the next few weeks, the P&F wish them the best of luck. We also wish all the students the best of luck for this assessment week.

Our next ordinary P&F meeting will be held in Week 2 -Term 2 – Wednesday 11th May at 7pm.
