GUYS AND DOLLS

 A Great Experience

The start of Term 3 saw our Renaissance Theatre come alive as we staged our major school musical for 2014, Guys and Dolls. After more than six months of preparation and rehearsal this was the opportunity for all our talented cast to show what we had been hard at work doing with all those lunchtimes and hours after school!

We also had many students working in other areas of the production, not just performing, almost 100 in total!  It was wonderful to see so many of our students getting involved in areas such as backstage crew, sound, lighting, props, costume, set design and makeup. It was a wonderful team effort and each of the students made a valuable contribution.

                                                                                                          Guys and Dolls was a great success with huge audiences and glowing reviews! Everyone involved had such a fantastic experience and we are already counting down the days until the next show.

Production, has been the highlight of my year 12. To be a part of Guys and Dolls was such a great experience, the show and people made the year a memorable one, and being on stage performing with all the new friends we made, was great!
