BAND & BBQ EVENING

The Band and BBQ night had its inaugural performance on Monday 22 November. Music students in years 8-10 took to the Middle School lawn to present a casual outdoor performance, while audiences enjoyed a BBQ. 

Audiences were treated to popular songs, as well as Disney and film music classics, whereas the year 10 students presented Jazz classics with live improvisation. 

Students learnt that performing outdoors brings its own challenges, such as music falling off stands and bugs landing on their face while playing, however students showed their resilience and combated these challenges with ease. 

Well done to all students involved in presenting a wonderful performance.
