Successful Student Award Winners

The studentsfeatured below were given awards at our assembly on Friday 19 November.  We congratulate them all for their outstanding efforts in the classroom.

Crunch and Sip

During the day in the classroom students are able to snack on fresh fruit and vegetables and sip on water.  We would like to thank Woolworths at Kingsway for making available to MPS fruit and vegetables each Tuesday and Thursday.  This is then distributed to those students that may have forgotten to bring their own fruit and vegetables.  This arrangement has been initiated by Miss Sophie Bastow.

Pre Primary Enrolments 2022 - Urgent Attention

We are approaching the end of the 2021 school year and we are in the planning stages of our classes and student numbers for 2022.  For your child to continue at Marangaroo Primary School into our Pre Primary program we require an application and enrolment form to be completed.  This enrolment will cover Pre Primary to Year 6.  If you do not intend for your child to continue at MPS please advise front office staff.

These forms have been previously sent home with your child.  If they have been misplaced please visit the front office and replacements can easily be provided.  Alternatively they are available on our website.

Please give this matter your urgent attention.

2022 School Planning

To allow us to continue planning for 2022, if you know that your child will not be returning to Marangaroo PS in 2022, can you please notify the front office staff as soon as possible.

If you have a child old enough to start Kindy in 2022, (children born 1 July 2017 - 30 June 2018) please visit the front office as soon as possible to complete the application for enrolment process.

School Banking Program

As published in our last newsletter the Commonwealth Bank  will be ceasing the above program.  Kartini, our coordinator of the program, will take final deposits from students on Tuesday 7 December.  Deposits can continue to be made at any branch of the Commonwealth Bank.
