Relationships 

As part of our school’s REAL Framework. R is for Relationship. From it, we work on building our relationship with our students, and with it, trust will develop. Here are some of the pictures of staff interacting with the students.

Tully (our newest recruit in our Wellbeing) came for a visit with Jess. Liam was observing from the Quiet Area when she came, but he slowly moved himself to be closed to Tully and gave her a pat.

Yarrabah Wellbeing Support Service

The purpose of the Yarrabah Wellbeing Support Service is to provide parents and carers with the opportunity to discuss your child’s behaviours, which may be impeding their ability to regulate, learn and be engaged at home.

 

Support includes:

• Understanding your child’s behaviour

• Discussion around behavioural support strategies

• Advice for setting up home learning environments

• Providing targeted resources

• Referrals to other services
