Tennis - School Holiday Clinics

School Holiday Clinics @ Fremantle Lawn Tennis Centre 

Tuesday 6 - Friday 9 April 

Monday 12 - Thursday 15 April

9.00 am-12.00 pm  (All ages and level of play welcome)

Tennis skills and fun games including multi sports, all equipment provided including morning tea and refreshments.

Term 2 Before School Hot-Shots Tennis Coaching

Commence Tuesday 27 April (9 week Program) 8.00 am - 8.45 am @ White Gum Valley Primary school campus -mini nets on the basketball court

All ages and level of play welcome and includes free hot shots rally every saturday morning 9.30-10.30 am at Fremantle Tennis Club

Tennis skill development including fun games all equipment is provided.

Layer sunscreen on thickly 20 minutes before going out into the sun and reapply sunscreen every two hours. Do not rub it in! 

 

There is no such thing as wind burn! Wind may dry your skin but it will not burn it. Remember to Slip! Slop! Slap! Seek! Slide! when the UV Index is 3 or above.

 

Ultraviolet radiation can penetrate clouds so do not be fooled when it’s overcast. Protect yourself from the sun when the UV Index is 3 or above.
