CLASSROOM UNIT SHARES

At the end of every Unit of Inquiry we open our classrooms for parents to come and share in their child’s learning journey.

Unit shares are an informal opportunity for you to visit your child’s classroom and engage in what your child and their peers have been learning. This may include learning in maths, literacy, units of Inquiry, specialist classes or personal and social skills.

Unit shares provide an opportunity for students to develop confidence and communication skills, while reflecting on and celebrating their learning.

In order to cater to as many parents as possible, we alternate between mornings and afternoons, and change the day of unit shares throughout the year.

The first unit shares for 2021 will take place towards the end of term 1. Level teams will communicate through compass the time and date of your child’s unit shares.
