World Fair and Open Day 2017 – Count Down!

It is only six weeks to the biggest event on Kilvington’s event calendar. We have 20 countries that will showcase their food and culture. There will be rides, entertainment, activities, School Tours and so much more.

Ride wrist bands will go on sale in March. So keep an eye out for the details.

We need your help to make this a successful event and you can do this by:

Donations:

·         items for the silent auction.

·         sealed lolly bags and chocolates.

·         small clean, empty jars with lids (210 - 390g).

·         books and toys.

Please leave smaller items at Main Reception. For other donations please email the PFA.

Volunteering: many hands make light work. If you would like to run a fundraising stall such as the:

·         BBQ

·         secondhand toys and games

·         fruit salad cups.

The Kilvington World Fair and Open Day will be held on Saturday 25th March 2017 from 11.00am-4.00pm. Everyone is welcome.
